Product appearance and overview
Bevel cutter I can process soft glass, PVC, honeycomb board, KT board, vertical corrugated paper, gray paperboard and other materials. The bevel cutter can process V-shaped grooves and bevels of different specifications by changing the installation angle of the blade (0°, 15°, 22.5°, 30°, 45°). The bevel cutter head can be customized with different angles as needed.
Component Description
Ear: used to lock the handle.
Handle: bevel blade.
Top screw: used to fix the blade.
Body: connects the handle and the holder.
Cup head screw: used to fix the holder.
Knife holder: install the blade.
Knife pressing block: the holder part, clamps the blade.

Installation and removal of blades
- Blade installation
Unscrew the cup head screw and remove the knife holder.
Loosen the M4 screw, remove the blade block, align the blade and put it into the blade slot in parallel. The blade extension length is 20mm. Pay attention to the direction of the blade during installation.
After installing the blade, tighten the M4 screw. When tightening, pay attention to the gap between the blades. If the gap is too large, the blade will fall out easily. (You can loosen the M4 screw to adjust the height of the blade).
-Blade removal
Loosen the two M4 screws and the blade can be removed after it is loose.
Precautions
1. Non-professionals are not allowed to disassemble the blade.
2. The blade is sharp, please be careful when installing.
