The double-blade bevel cutter can process soft glass, PVC, honeycomb board, KT board, vertical corrugated paper, gray cardboard and other materials.
The bevel cutter can process V-shaped grooves and bevels of different specifications by changing the installation angle of the blade (0°, 15°, 22.5°, 30°, 45°). The bevel cutter head can be customized with different angles as needed.

Component Description

Clip: used to lock the handle: used to lock the knife handle.

Knife handle: bevel cutting knife blade.

Top screw: used to fix the knife head.

Knife head: connects the knife handle and the knife holder.

Cup head screw: used to fix the knife holder.

Knife holder: install the blade.

Installation and removal of blades

- Blade installation

Unscrew the cup head screw, remove the blade holder (one on each side), loosen the M4 screw, remove the blade pressing block, align the blade parallel to the blade slot, and pay attention to the direction of the blade during installation.

The 91169-A double blade bevel cutter uses a bevel cutter holder 06, a trapezoidal blade, and a blade extension length of 20 mm.

The 91169-B double blade bevel cutter uses a bevel cutter holder 20, a single edge blade, and a blade extension length of 13mm.

After the blade is installed, tighten the M4 screw. When tightening, pay attention to the gap between the blades. If the gap is too large, the blade will easily fall out. Finally, install the tool holder to a suitable angle and tighten the cup head screw to complete the blade installation.
