Overview

PERCE's important product - cylinder tool holder, can clamp a variety of tools, such as vibrating knives, circular knives, pneumatic knives, drag knives, bevel cutters, milling cutters, pressure wheels, half cutters, table collectors, etc.
The cylinder tool holder uses a double-rod cylinder to achieve Z-axis lifting and lowering, and a synchronous belt drive to achieve tool rotation.

Component Description

Positioning rod：Used to clamp the tool ears to prevent the upper part of the tool from rotating with the knife barrel.

Locking wire：Fixed tool.

Base Plate：For fixing the knife holder.

Tension screw：Used to adjust the tension of the synchronous belt.

Motor bracket：Control tool rotation motor installation position.

Rotary limit switch：Control tool rotation angle.

Synchronous wheel：Installed on the R-axis motor.

Timing belt：Connecting large and small synchronous wheels.

Gear ratio: Synchronous gear gear ratio 1:4.

Limit switch output: Default output NPN NO.

Wiring Instructions

The default power supply for the knife holder red light is DC5V, and the default power supply for the limit switch is DC24V

Rotary limit switch	brown：DC24V+ blue：DC24V- black：Signal line
Red light crosshair	brown：DC24V+ blue：DC24V- Black：Signal line

Precautions

Before powering on, confirm that the wiring is correct.
Clean and dry compressed gas must be connected. (For example, use a pneumatic triplex to filter, reduce pressure and add oil to the gas to ensure the normal operation of the pneumatic actuator and prevent malfunctions due to impurities, excessive air pressure or lack of oil.)
Use shielded cables to avoid interference.
Confirm the tightness of the coupling.
