Perce 91025 Adaptive laser head

Adaptive laser head, the laser beam enters the inner cavity of the cutting head through the reflector, and through the focusing lens, the energy of the laser beam is concentrated on a certain point, and the surrounding materials are melted at high temperature to form an incision to achieve the cutting effect. It can process a variety of materials, such as acrylic, density board, wood board, etc.

When cutting materials, the cylinder rod extends and the lens barrel seat descends to the set height along the guide rail due to gravity; the induction ring is fixed on the scale, and the scale is fixed on the left side of the lens barrel seat and can be fine-tuned up and down. When cutting, the induction ring is always in contact with the surface of the material and moves with the equipment, so as to keep the focal length constant during cutting.

Lens installation

（1）Reflective lens installation

Rotate and remove the water-cooling assembly on the reflector frame, put the reflector lens into the lens hole (mirror surface facing inward, back surface facing outward), press it flat, ensure it is flush, and then rotate and lock the water-cooling assembly.

(2) Focusing lens installation

Rotate and remove the inner connecting tube and the inner lens tube (the upper part is connected to the inner connecting tube and the lower part is connected to the lens tube seat) from the lens tube seat in sequence.

Use a tool to rotate and remove the lens pressing ring at one end of the inner lens barrel, adjust the O-ring in the inner lens barrel, put the focusing lens flat into the lens barrel and press it against the O-ring, rotate the lens pressing ring in, and press the focusing lens tightly.

2.Adjust the light

Adjust the reflector light: slightly rotate the three copper screws on the reflector frame. Adjust the focusing mirror light: slightly rotate the four adjustment screws. Adjust the reflector first, then adjust the focusing mirror. If the light beam passes through the nozzle correctly, the light adjustment is correct.

3. Cooling function

Laser equipment will continuously generate high temperatures when working. The cooling component can be connected to a cooling pipe (the connecting medium can be water or gas) for circulating cooling and temperature control to protect the machine.

Pipe joint on the lens barrel seat: can be connected to the cooling pipe to deal with the high temperature generated by the focusing mirror.

Cooling assembly on the reflector frame: for the high temperature generated by the reflector. (The cooling assembly on the reflector frame can be removed and replaced with a lens pressing piece).

Maintenance
(1) Check the lens in the laser head regularly to ensure it is clean
(2) Check the nozzle regularly and replace it if it is damaged.

Precautions

Non-professionals are not allowed to disassemble.
After the laser equipment is turned on, it will produce invisible light and requires professional operation. Please pay attention to safety.
It is required to connect clean and dry compressed gas. (For example, use pneumatic triplexes to filter, reduce pressure and add oil to ensure the normal operation of the pneumatic actuator and prevent malfunctions due to impurities, excessive air pressure or lack of oil.)
