Perce's key product, the labeling machine, uses advanced printing and labeling technology to efficiently complete the entire process of label printing and pasting, and can automatically and accurately affix labels to products without manual intervention.
The labeling machine uses a real-time printing and labeling system to timely print various information such as production date, number, serial number, anti-counterfeiting code, barcode, supervision code, etc. on the production line, and then affix the information label to the product.

Label roll installation
The labeling machine uses a self-adhesive tape gap paper roll with a heat-sensitive coating. The paper roll requirements are shown in the figure below:
- Liner length: A＞C
- Label paper depth: B=40mm
- Label paper width: C=60mm
- Label paper spacing: 2mm＜D＜5mm
Wiring Instructions
The 91305-D4 labeling machine is recommended to be equipped with a switching power supply of 24V2A or above. It is recommended to use an independent power supply
- The labeling speed can be adjusted by the exhaust regulating valve.
- The labeling machine communicates with the cutting bed control system through the network
Precautions
- Non-professionals are not allowed to dismantle the internal structure
- It is required to connect clean and dry compressed gas. (For example, use a pneumatic triplex to filter, reduce pressure and add oil to the gas to ensure the normal operation of the pneumatic actuator and prevent malfunctions due to impurities, excessive air pressure or lack of oil.)
