Overview

Perce 91134 round punch 2 can hold a round punch with a handle diameter of 8mm, and can punch leather, imitation leather, PU, PVC, EVA, SBR, cloth, cardboard, kraft paper and other materials.

The round punch 2 drives the punch spindle to rotate at high speed through the motor, and the cylinder drives the punch assembly to move up and down quickly, so that the punch can realize rotary cutting of the material.

The product has an automatic collection function for punching waste to protect the cleanliness of the work surface.

Instructions for use and debugging

（1）Installation and debugging

Fix the punch body 2 on the equipment mounting plate with 5 M6 screws. The installation height should be no higher than 30 (+1~+5) mm from the punch head to the work surface. Connect the motor correctly and connect the cylinder to the air pipe. Depending on the punching effect, the stroke adjustment nut can be fine-tuned appropriately until the best punching effect is achieved.

（2）Clamping of round punch

Release the locking screw in counterclockwise direction

Pull the round punch upwards to remove it completely

Turning the hexagonal nut clockwise is loosening (removing the round punch), and counterclockwise is tightening (clamping the round punch).

Note: When tightening the hexagonal nut, do not use too much force, just enough to clamp the round punch; too much tightening force can easily damage the open chuck and the thread at the connection.

Precautions

1. Before powering on, confirm that the wiring is correct

2. The incoming air pressure is not higher than 0.6MPa

3. Before punching, confirm again whether the punching depth is adjusted correctly. Punching too deep can easily damage the equipment. 4. Clean and dry compressed gas must be connected. (For example, use a pneumatic triplex to filter, reduce pressure and add oil to the gas to ensure the normal operation of the pneumatic actuator and prevent malfunctions due to impurities, excessive air pressure or lack of oil.)
