Overview

Perce 91160 drilling tool, the motor drives the spindle to rotate at high speed, the Z-axis motor drives the screw rod to move up and down, and the drill bit or milling head is clamped to rotate at high speed to achieve drilling of materials.

The drill chuck can conveniently clamp the drill bit or milling head, which can be used for drilling hard materials, such as acrylic board, PVC, wood board, ABS board, two-color board and other materials.

Instructions for use and debugging

（1）Installation and fixation

Unscrew the four cover screws, remove the cover, determine the installation height of the base plate, fix the drill body to the equipment installation plate with four fixing screws, and finally reinstall the cover.

（2）Installation and removal of drill chuck and drill bit

Prepare the drill cutter, drill chuck, drill bit, key, and rubber hammer.

Install the drill chuck: Turn the drill chuck to fully retract the three jaws, install the drill chuck on the drill cutter connecting shaft, and then knock it a few times with a rubber hammer to make the drill chuck and the drill cutter connect more tightly.

Install the drill bit: Turn the drill chuck to expose the three claws, then install the drill bit into the drill chuck, turn the drill chuck component to lock the drill bit, and then use the key gear part to completely lock the drill bit.

Disassemble the drill bit: Use the key to loosen the drill chuck at the gear part, then turn the drill chuck, loosen the three claws, and then you can take out the drill bit.

Disassemble the drill chuck: Insert the long side of the key into the inner hole of the drill chuck, hold the drill chuck with your hand, and hit the key with a rubber hammer to remove the drill chuck.
