Product appearance and overview

Haas bevel cutter can clamp double blades to cut V-shaped grooves and bevels, and process soft glass, PVC, honeycomb board, KT board, vertical corrugated paper, gray cardboard and other materials.

Component Description

Ear: used to lock the handle.

Handle: bevel blade.

Cup head screw: used to fix the blade.

Body: connects the handle and the blade block.

Installation and removal of blades

-Blade installation

Loosen the M4 screw and put the blade into the blade slot (note: when putting the blade in, the short side of the blade should be close to the positioning side of the blade slot). Pay attention to the direction of the blade and the closeness of the tips of the two blades during installation.

After installing the blade, tighten the M4 screw. When tightening, pay attention to the gap between the blades. If the gap is too large, the blade will easily fall out.
