Overview
PERCE's important product - tool holder 88, can be installed with vibrating knives, circular knives, pneumatic knives, drag knives, bevel cutters, milling cutters, pressure wheels, half cutters, table collectors, etc. Tool holder 88 uses double guide rails and precision screw drive to achieve Z-axis lifting (double guide rails are more stable, shorten the interval to save working area), and uses synchronous belt drive to achieve tool rotation
Component Description
Tension spring: prevents the tool from sliding down naturally along the Z-axis direction when the power is off.
Positioning rod: used to clamp the tool ear to prevent the upper part of the tool from rotating with the knife barrel.
Coupling: used to connect the Z-axis motor and the screw.
Locking wire: fix the tool.
Stop pin: when installing the tool and tightening the locking wire, press the stop pin to prevent the knife barrel from rotating.
Bottom plate: used to fix the tool holder.
Tensioning wheel: used to adjust the tension of the synchronous belt.
Synchronous wheel: installed on the R-axis motor.
R-axis motor bracket: control the installation position of the tool rotation motor.

Instructions for use and debugging
Lead and tooth ratio: lead of screw rod 4mm, tooth ratio of synchronous wheel 1:4.
Limit switch output: default output NPN NO.
Locking wire: used to fix the tool.
Stop pin operation: press the stop pin and rotate the knife barrel (synchronous wheel) until the stop pin is inserted into the hole; at this time, the stop pin is stuck in the knife barrel, and the locking wire can be loosened by hand or wrench.

The default power supply for the knife holder red light is DC5V, and the default power supply for the limit switch is DC24V

Precautions
- Before powering on, make sure the wiring is correct.
- Use shielded cables to avoid interference.
