Perce's product, the piezoelectric inkjet valve, is an industrial inkjet device that uses the piezoelectric effect to achieve high-precision, high-frequency ink jetting. It is widely used in product identification, packaging printing, shoe upper identification and other fields.
The core of the piezoelectric inkjet valve is piezoelectric ceramics. When voltage is applied, the piezoelectric ceramics deform, driving the volume of the ink chamber to change, forming a pressure wave, and causing the ink to be ejected from the nozzle at high speed.

Usage and debugging instructions
- According to the installation diagram and wiring instructions, fix the glue spray valve and connect the power cord.
- Turn the fine-tuning screw clockwise to the bottom, and then adjust it to the required spray point size.

Wiring Instructions
The piezoelectric inkjet valve is connected to an 18V switching power supply, and the power line has no positive or negative difference.

Red :DC24V
Black:DC0V
Precautions
- Before powering on, confirm the signal (square wave signal, up to 350Hz)
- During debugging, check the temperature of the coil by hand at any time
- If the coil temperature rises quickly and the signal is wrong, stop using it immediately, otherwise the coil will burn out
- Clean the nozzle frequently
